Mercury V12 Certified 

Head Mechanic, Ernie Miller, is certified for V12 System Lab as a part of Mercury Marine's Technical Service Education.

The Mercury 7.6L V12 600hp Verado outboard combines incredible power, innovative features and integrated digital technologies to deliver an unrivaled luxury boating experience.

With boats continuing to grow bigger and performance expectations continuing to increase, boaters and boatbuilders have been asking for a better, more capable high-horsepower solution to meet their needs. The V12 Verado outboard is Mercury’s answer.  

At 600hp, the new engine can deliver sensational overall performance while increasing horsepower or reducing the number of outboards needed to power popular boat models, some of which are commonly rigged with up to six 300 to 450hp outboards. 

Hampton Watercraft & Marine Awarded Mercury Marine Service Award

In 2006, Mercury Marine implemented the Service CSI Award to recognize those dealers who truly set the mark in delivering complete customer satisfaction while servicing Mercury outboard & MerCruiser products. In January, Mercury Marine presented Hampton Watercraft & Marine of Hampton Bays, NY its prestigious Service Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for 2022. This is truly an honor as only 230 dealers across North America qualified for the award!
 
The CSI score for each dealer is measured and monitored by Mercury Marine. After warranty work has been completed, Mercury sends out a Service CSI survey to the consumer, asking him or her to rate the service received. To be eligible for the Service CSI Award, a dealer must maintain a score of 94 or better out of 100 in the Service CSI survey. These surveys ask consumers to rate their overall service satisfaction with the dealership and also indicate if they would re-visit the dealership again in the future.
 
Tracking Service CSI scores is a way Mercury evaluates the effectiveness of its individual dealers and of its own policies and training programs. Dealerships that score high in Mercury’s Service CSI surveys are recognized through the awards program.
 
This is Hampton Watercraft & Marines 5th Mercury CSI Award. They were first awarded in 2015 and then again in 2017, 2018, and 2020. Hampton Watercraft & Marine was one of three dealers in New York State to win this award.
