The National Marine Manufacturers Association have announced Hampton Watercraft and Marine a recipient of the 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Dealer Award.
The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers.
This award is derived from the feedback of our customers as part of the overall marine industry CSI Program. In 2021, over 175,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 55,000 responding.
