History
Back in 1974, 19-year-old George Rossiter started to first repair and then make handcrafted wooden boats because he really loved the crafts and the heritage they represented. He moved on from pure wood to making rowboats that had a fiberglass hull and handcrafted woodwork finishing. Still today, this is the signature look of Rossiter Boats, and the same style of rowboat with very minor changes is still the company’s leading rowboat.
