Tony is the founder and owner of Hampton Watercraft & Marine, one of North America’s leading boat dealerships. A lifelong resident of Hampton Bays, Tony’s connection to the water began early—his family purchased their first boat in 1976, sparking a passion for boating, fishing, and watersports that would shape his future.

Tony launched his first marine venture while still in junior high school, working summers aboard a yacht at the Bath & Tennis Club in Westhampton Beach. Recognizing a unique opportunity, he began offering boat detailing and piloting services, gradually growing the business throughout his high school years.

An accomplished athlete, Tony graduated from Hampton Bays High School with a wrestling scholarship to Ithaca College in New York, where he studied physical education. Despite his academic pursuits, he always knew his path would lead back to the marine industry.

In 1990, Tony officially entered the retail boating market representing Yamaha WaveRunner at the New York Boat Show. That same year, he established Hampton Watercraft & Marine, opening the first retail location in Westhampton Beach specializing in WaveRunners and marine accessories. Under his leadership, the business has expanded significantly and now operates three marina locations, offering a wide range of premium watercraft boats and yachts.

Tony attributes the company’s success to his dedicated team, whose commitment and expertise have been instrumental in building Hampton Watercraft & Marine’s reputation for excellence.

In addition to his business endeavors, Tony is deeply involved in community service. He’s a dedicated member and contributor of the Hampton Bays Lion’s Club and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Both the Lion’s Club and St. Mary’s focus on the local community raising money for veterans, guide dogs, and individuals in need.

When not at one of the marinas, Tony enjoys spending time with his daughter Siena and wife Gisella, whether at home, on the water, or traveling abroad. 

Ronnie grew up in White Plains, NY and graduated with a BA from Binghamton University.  Throughout college Ronnie spent her summers teaching tennis at a children’s camp on the East End.  She fell in love with the area and upon graduation made the permanent move to run the tennis camp.   In 1994 she changed careers and joined the Hampton Watercraft & Marine team.  Over the years Ronnie has worked in many roles.  She enjoys the challenges of the many different aspects of her position and looks forward to many more years with the company.

When not at work Ronnie enjoys spending time with her family; bicycling, boating or relaxing at the beach.

Mike Friscia has always loved being around boats, cars and motorcycles.  At a very young age he became involved in his family’s auto repair service shop which set the path to his success in the service business today. Mike graduated from the American Marine Institute in 1990. He has completed numerous courses at Yamaha and Mercury Service Schools as well as courses at a variety of Boat Manufacturers. He joined Hampton Watercraft & Marine in 1994 and continues to grow with the company and stays on top of the technical changes within the industry. It’s not unusual for Manufactures to call Mike for assistance. When he’s not Managing the service department, he can be found on the water with his family here in the Hamptons and Florida. Mike is also a dedicated First Responder for the Hampton Bays Fire Department.

Jimmy started June 2018. He is now the Service Advisor at Hampton Watercraft. He grew up in Annapolis, MD and has been boating since he was 10 years old. Before coming to Hampton Watercraft and Marine, Jimmy used to work for Ernst & Young in NYC. He graduated from Manhattan College in 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an Accounting Degree. When Jimmy is not at work, you will find him out on his Boston Whaler 17 Montauk fishing with a couple of the other employee’s or enjoying some quality time at the beach.

Tom has been employed at HWC for over ten years. He has 40+ years boating experience. When Tom isn't in the office you will find him out fishing or in Costa Rica!

A lifelong resident of Eastern Long Island, Katie brings a deep local knowledge and a passion for boating to her role at Hampton Watercraft & Marine. After earning her degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts, she returned to Long Island and joined the Hampton Watercraft team in July 2004.
As Sales Manager, Katie oversees the sales team and manages relationships with the premium brands represented by the dealership. In her additional role as Dockage Coordinator, she is responsible for organizing slip rentals at both the Hampton Bays and Smith Creek marinas.
Boating has always been a central part of Katie's life. Whether she's fishing, cruising the bay, or simply spending a day at the beach, she finds joy in being on the water. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family on Long Island and in Marco Island, Florida.
Katie is known for her versatility and dedication, often stepping into various roles across the business. Whether assisting customers at a boat show, working in the marina office, or occasionally helping out on the fuel dock, she's always ready to contribute wherever needed.

Born and raised on Eastern Long Island, Kathryn developed a love for the coastal lifestyle early on, spending summers by the ocean and bay with her family. She joined Hampton Watercraft & Marine in April 2014 as the office receptionist at the Hampton Bays location, and has since grown into the role of Sales Administrator.

Hampton Watercraft & Marine holds a special significance for Kathryn, as it's the place where she met her husband, Joe. Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys spending time on the water boating with her family, relaxing on the beach, hiking, practicing yoga, and reading.

Chris was born and raised on Eastern Long Island. Graduated from Westhampton Beach playing football, wrestling and baseball. Leaving Westhampton, he headed off to college upstate at SUNY Plattsburgh. Received his BA in Mathematics and minor in accounting in 2013. Started his working career after college working in the banking industry. A year later went back to school for his M.B.A while working full time and graduated in 2015. In 2018, Chris joined Hampton Watercraft and Marine.

When not at the office, Chris loves being on the water any chance he has and fishing inshore and offshore from April-December. Bought his first boat a 13’ Boston Whaler at the age of 17 and upgraded since. He also loves going to country concerts and traveling.

Mike grew up in Setauket, NY and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Iona College. Shortly after College, Mike found his home here at Hampton Watercraft & Marine. As of 2020, he is approaching 10 years with our team!

When not working, you can find Mike on the water in his Boston Whaler or spending time with his customers who more often than not become close friends. You can also count on seeing Mike’s Golden Retriever Charlie who is never far behind! Charlie is our resident marina dog at the Eastport location
